[edit] Not a Review or Spoiler

This page does not need a Spoiler warning nor a flag for correction due to sounding like a review. It does not review or spoil. It tells only the characters and setting. Nowhere does it reveal any event or occurence in the book, accept in broad terms by mentioning an entrance into society. That is like letting out the spoiler that Harry Potter is about wizards. The only possible biased word here is calling it Anthony Powell's "masterpiece", which is justified as it is generally regarded one of the greatest works of the century and was included on Modern Library's Top 100 works of the century. Compare this write-up to that of the first book in the series A Question of Upbringing, which is what I modeled it after. Hellycopper 04:55, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
