Maybe something should be done regarding the status of the M74 motorway's duality with the A74(M) motorway. They should be the same article, certainly - they're the same road - but what about a name that reflects this...?

I noticed as A74(M) was added to the UK Motorways template recently, and links to M74 anyways.

M74 and A74(M) motorways possibly? I don't think M74 only is a fair reflection of that - more than half of the road, the most modern and widest part, is A74(M).

Instead decided to keep the article at M74 motorway, as we all call it that anyway, and make note of the A74(M) numbering anomaly. Erath 10:01, 3 October 2005 (UTC)
