Dr A.R. Jamali (b. 15 April 1961) is a senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader, former Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan and caretaker Health Minister. He also is the brother of former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali and has three degrees: F.C.P.S.

He was born in Balochistan in 1961 and did his primary education in Balochistan and obtained his degrees from Sindh. He then got married to Dr Seemin Jamali and has two children, Mir Omar Khan Jamali and Mir Babar Khan Jamali.

He was the caretaker Health Minister before Nawaz Sharif came into power. His approval as Health Minister was carried out by the assassinated PPPP chairperson Benazir Bhutto.

He belongs to the Jamali tribe of Balochistan and is currently third in line for the tribal Chief's post.

Joined the PPP in 1988 after defeating Nawab Aslam Raisani and Nawab Akbar Bugti from Quetta as an independent candidate with a large majority.
