The senior Indian police officer who was killed in Punjab insurgency. His day light murder was one of many things that led to Operation Bluestar. He is receipient of President of India Police medal for gallantry . There are many google hits and many references available. Shyamsunder 21:25, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

this is not factually correct however someone keeps writing it. part about

'paying obeisance and with Karah Prasaad in his hands'

please delete or prove with a reference - reliable one - not one from Punjab Police.
