- References: Limited references in more notable sections such as Early career in IndyCar while having a well references section in the less notable Personal life. Having a mid sized section like Early career in Indycar based off of only one reference can reduce accurate writting. Expansion of refernces also can help expand section lengths.
- Length: Multiple mid sized sections is well written. Look for expanding sections and/or addition of sections with as good or better quality to help improve this article to high rating levels.
- Format: Excellent charts in Career results have been created. Possible creation of a guide for the color scheme. (Races in Bold indicate pole position) comment appears to be from an out dated chart and could be removed.
- Readability: Article could use some minor changes in the writting, i.e. Foyt is mentioned in the article that he was born in Louisville, Kentucky but doesn't state his current residence while a category has him in Category:People from Houston.
