A. G. High School is a private high school located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The school is part of the Ahmedabad Education Society and serves grades 11-12[1]. However, most student enroll as early as Kindergarten from affiliated school K.H. Modi Kinder Garten [2]. Continuing, H. K. Primary school and C & D Parikh Higher Secondary School. Finally study last two years at A. G. High School before they set off to University education.

Ahmedabad Education Society was established in 1935, when there was only one college- Gujarat College- established by the British Raj was in existence giving Higher Education in Arts and Science faculties.

The society was established under the inspiration of Late Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel the first deputy Prime Minister of India, as a part of freedom struggle on the education front. The leadership was taken by, Shri G V Mavlanker (The First Speaker of the Indian parliament), Shri Kasturbhai Lalbhai, Amrutlal Hargovandas and C C Gandhi (a legal luminary).
