A. D. Tsyurupa

A. D. Tsyurupa (b. 1870 – d. 1928) was a Soviet communist politician. His posts included Deputy People's Commissar for Food (from November 1917), Commissar for Food (from 1918), Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars and of the Council of Labour and Defence (from 1921), People's Commissar for the Workers' and Peasants' Inspection (1922–23), Chairman of the State Planning Commission (1923–25) and People's Commissar for Home and Foreign Trade (1925); was elected member of the Party Central Committee at the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th congresses of the Communist Party.[1]
