I've merged Portland Road, Beulah Hill and the section of Knights Hill dealing with the road to this article. - iridescent (talk to me!) 19:15, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Now the AfD discussion's over, I've gone ahead and reinstated the redirect. I can't see any reason for the content-fork of having two virtually identical articles on the same stretch of tarmac. - iridescent (talk to me!) 23:32, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Walworth Road Merge

I have suggested a merger here. One article makes it much easier for the user and having two articles on identical sections of tarmac seems confusing and unnecessary. Regan123 14:17, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

Assuming Portland Road loses its AfD, just go ahead and do it - I can make a far better case for keeping that relatively lengthy article than for Walworth Road's two-line stub. - iridescent (talk to me!) 14:24, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

I've gone ahead and done it. I've left the external links in the section rather than move them to the bottom, as they're specific to this stretch of the road rather than to the whole A215. - iridescent (talk to me!) 23:36, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

This article has passed the GA noms. For FA class, I would reccommend that a history about how the roadway was constucted be added as a seperate heading to satisfy FA's comprehensivness criteria and I would reccommend that you move the external links section from the middle of the article to the end. Thanks... I'm going to leave this one for others to expand as I've moved on to other things, but I disagree with about the external links - I left them attached to the section rather than at the end, as they relate specifically to that section and not to the road as a whole — iridescent (talk to me!) 22:51, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
