The A18 road in the Isle of Man is a primary road which travels over Snaefell mountain to connect Douglas on the east of the island with Ramsey in the north. The road is known more commonly as the Mountain Road and during the annual Isle of Man TT it forms a large part of the Snaefell Mountain Course.
