Anyone knows why the caption on the picture says it's a photo of a SA-13 TELAR? SA-13 are infrared guided missiles, so there should be no radar on board.

As stated in the article, there is a small ranging radar. I think it is between the box launchers; there is something that looks like a dish there in the photo. I'm not 100% sure of its use but it may just be to make sure the target is in range before launching the missile(s). It's possible I made a mistake, but I don't think so.
