Album cover for the 98 Degrees And Rising album by 98 Degrees, scanned by me (Tchernomush), uploaded through the Fair Use because :

1. it is a low resolution copy of a CD album cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
