Hi, the recent edit you made to Edna Parker has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. [edit] Sockpuppetry case

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, which wasn't included with your recent edit to Gene Wilder. Thank you. Please be aware that using forced sizing for images, especially contained within infoboxes which are fixed at a specific size, is not advised and will skew proper viewing as determined by user preferences. By forcing the image in this article to a 350px perspective, it creates an outsized infobox which cannot display properly in all browsers. Wildhartlivie (talk) 17:52, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Bette Davis
PatKirkwoood, Please be aware of two things. Firstly, an image in an infobox is not supposed to exceed 200px, because the infobox has a proscribed size, and changing image sizes to larger, outsized sizes simply distorts the infobox, making it out of balance with the rest of the article. There actually isn't a good reason to set the size of an image in an infobox as it has a default size. Screen captures like the ones in this article are not high quality and the larger you make them, the grainier they become, and in the case of this particular image, the quality is poor, the image is dark. Secondly, this article is a featured article. It has been developed in a painstaking manner to reach this status and in general, unless something new has occurred in regard to the subject, it doesn't warrant changing. Changes such as you made really need to be brought up on the talk page for all concerned editors to address. Wildhartlivie (talk) 01:41, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
