8th Continent is a brand of soy milk sold by General Mills and DuPont in a joint venture.

8th Continent is available in Regular, Light, and Fat Free Soymilk and Refreshers Juice and Soy Blend. Regular and Light flavors include Original, Vanilla and Chocolate. Fat Free is available in Original and Vanilla. Refreshers Juice and Soy Blend are available in Strawberry Banana and Orange Pineapple Banana. 8th Continent products are found in the refrigerated beverage section in most grocers.

Before a reformulation by the manufacturer, 8th Continent was made with vitamin D3, an animal-derived form of vitamin D. Now it is made with the plant-derived vitamin D2, making it suitable for all vegans.

The 8th Continent worldwide headquarters is located in Plymouth, Minnesota.
