Request reason: "Can someone familiar with such things confirm there is reason to block this IP as an "open proxy or zombie"? It's a residential ADSL line. If there is some sort of problem with the way it's configured then any information you can give to me for relay to my ISP to correct the problem would be appreciated. Thanks."

Decline reason: "Obvious trolling — Hu12 23:42, 30 November 2007 (UTC)"

Hold, contacting the blocking admin. --Yamla 22:40, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks Yamla, however, this doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere. Can anyone advise how I take this further? I haven't carried out any "trolling". If anyone is aware of any way in which my ISP (or I) have anything misconfigured then I would like to know about it. Thanks again.
