I presume that, although no provenance is given for this detail, the women who attended the Queen in her premature labor might have passed this detail along to the father or ministers - news of a "double" tragedy, or some such thing. Depending on how far advanced the pregnancy was, it is possible that her midwife was aware of two fetal heartbeats, or that a priest was called upon to perform last rites on the twins.LaShru (talk) 02:14, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
