[edit] Warning from User:Doc glasgow
Stop it. You will just be reverted. Re-adding spoiler to nursery rhymes is disruptive.--Docg 12:34, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, I know you have the bigger guns, I'd rather try to win the war. --87.189.124.195

- Bigger guns maybe. But I'm relying on the strength of an argument. If you can tell me how having a {spoiler} tag on a frigg'n nursery rhyme makes for a better encyclopedia, I'm all ears.--Docg 12:51, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- If you had arguments, you would name them in the discussion instead of implementing your ideas while the discussion is ongoing. --87.189.124.195

Interesting approach, yelling PLEASE STOP EDIT WARRING in all caps directly after making reversions to 14 articles yourself. --Stormie 12:54, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- I wasn't the one yelling, but that's why I stopped, see above. --87.189.124.195
- Come to my page and explain to me how nursery rhymes are better with spoilers and we can talk. Until them I view this as vandalism, disruption to prove some point, or trolling.--Docg 12:56, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- Ah, but the reverse is true for me. Now sensible people would just discuss this, see what would be the result and wait with any action until then. --87.189.124.195

- Now, you've left planet rationality.--Docg 13:08, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Warning
Reinserting {spoiler} on fairytales is trolling and disruptive. If you continue to do this, you may be blocked. Consider this a final request to desist.--Docg 15:17, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- (Do you think this is funny?) Removing {spoiler} on fairytales is trolling and disruptive. If you continue to do this, you may be blocked. Consider this a final request to desist. --87.189.124.195
I have blocked you for 24 hours for edit warring at Sleeping Beauty. Your edit was reverted by several editors. Edit warring is not the way to do things. In any event, well known stories do not require spolier tags (and you will not find them in other encyclopedias). You are welcome to contribute positively once your block expires but disruptive edits are unacceptable. WjBscribe 15:40, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- Actually edit warring is not the way IPs do things. Admins are allowed to: Wikipedia:Requests_for_comment/Policies/Wikipedia:Spoiler_warning#PLEASE_STOP_EDIT_WARRING --87.189.124.195
[edit] Do not make threats
I don't care what you and Doc have between each other, but continue making threats and you will be blocked. This is not a threat, this is a garantee. David Fuchs (talk / frog blast the vent core!) 15:38, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
- Sarcasm --87.189.124.195
- I just read your notice on Doc's talk page. It seems that either some users are more equal than others or there is no reason to believe that Doc participated in an edit war. --87.189.124.195

[edit] Spoilers
There is a concerted effort going on through a handful of editors to delete spoiler warnings all over the place. You may want to address the matter at Wikipedia_talk:Spoiler_warning#Spoiler_removal.Goldfritha 00:15, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
- I know, I was blocked because try to stop it. I learned that admins might very well do what IPs mightn't and prefer to participate in the discussion.
- My recommendation: Find sensible admins who don't accept deceptive rule-bending of this crowd and who are willing to block for this behaviour. I don't think these guys listen to reason, so throw them out. --87.189.99.112
