[edit] Template Coding
Hi there! I saw your question on the help desk and decided to respond here. Coding a template can be quite complicated but if you're really daring, more power to ya! What makes some templates so complicated is that they combine multiple areas of wikikode. I would suggest reading up on the following pages:
These would be a good place to start. I would also suggest creating an account also, because creating a template requires creating individual pages, only accomplishable through account creation.
If this all seems like too much, I'd be happy to help you and/or create the template for you (if it seems useful and appropriate of course). Just drop me a line here or on my talk page. Happy editing! --omtay38 21:20, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
- thank you! :) i'll look through the pages and try if i get what i wanted to do...hmm, suppose i should also create an Wikipedia account on the "original" someday, at times i visit it again and again... 87.177.244.97 (talk) 13:52, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
