You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution.
Please refrain from making personal attacks and commenting on the editors rather than the articles as you did here. Please stop of you may be temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia. Canterbury Tail talk 22:51, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
Looks like you are getting pummelled for not wanting Bardcom to remove every mention of 'British Isles' in Wikipedia. I hadn't realised he was resorting to warnings like that. I hope any administrator seeing his warnings will take them with a pinch of salt.--Doug Weller (talk) 21:24, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] 3RR
Please be aware of the 3RR rule which is designed to avoid edit wars and to give editors a chance to cool off and consider the bigger picture. --Bardcom (talk) 22:00, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
