You keep adding a template regarding this IP that doesn't seem to be accurate. Whois data doesn't mention the organization you have placed in the template, and your edit history is more consistent with a stable than with a shared IP. Gd2help.com rents ip addresses from around the world and uses this ip address as a proxy server for clients.

That's not verified by the data we have access to, and it seems unwise to take just the word of someone whose only edits have been vandalism.
