You keep adding a template regarding this IP that doesn't seem to be accurate. Whois data doesn't mention the organization you have placed in the template, and your edit history is more consistent with a stable than with a shared IP. - That's not verified by the data we have access to, and it seems unwise to take just the word of someone whose only edits have been vandalism.
