Ignore the message above. I am not familiar with Jeppesen navigational charts, so I had to rely on a source for the information about the flight path. My source (CrimeLibrary.com) says the path taken was "Vector 23", not "Victor 23". Could you point me to any information about "Victor 23", if there is any? Hmm. Are you sure? I've heard "Vector" used in terms of aeronautics (these terms are applicable), but never "Victor". Also, our Victor disambiguation page doesn't list anything that could be applied in terms of aeronautics or charts. And Victor Airways doesn't have an article, so I'm dubious...
