[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 22:17, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
Please do not edit my user page, you should leave messages on my talk page, not my userpage. Before I make the edit you request, can you first provide a published source for your claim that Beckham has 100 caps? Also, can you explain your vandalism to User:John's page? I am very unwilling to help you if that's your attitude. Gwernol 22:30, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
- Vandalism and personal attacks are never the appropriate way to "get someone's attention". If you want to request a change to an edit-protected article, go to article's talk page and make a polite request while providing proper sources. Gwernol 23:02, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Beckham and caps
Perhaps you should apologise for your recent edit to Talk:David Beckham, as not only was it a personal attack ("idiot") but it was also incorrect. Beckham has 101 caps now, as he made his 100th apperance against France, and his 101st against the USA. So, who's the idiot? Darkson (BOOM! An interception!) 22:57, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
- Oh, and seeing as you want it checked on websites: http://www.davidbeckham.com/newsarticle.php?id=322&lastpage=1 Darkson (BOOM! An interception!) 23:04, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
