[edit] Welcome!
Welcome to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia! You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and gives you many benefits, including:
- The use of a username of your choice, provided that it is appropriate.
- The use of your own personal watchlist to which you can add articles that interest you.
- The ability to start new pages.
- The ability to rename pages.
- The ability to edit semi-protected pages.
- The ability to upload images.
- The ability to customize the appearance and behavior of the website.
- The eligibility to eventually become an administrator.
- Your IP address will no longer be visible to other users.
We hope that you choose to become a Wikipedian and create an account. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have on my talk page. By the way, make sure to sign your posts and comments with four tildes (~~~~), which will let others know who left it. Tobes (talk) 11:07, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] PeopleSoft
Its been changed back. And you should consider registering an account. Tobes (talk) 12:10, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
- As a further tip; it is a good idea to use edit summaries (a short description of the edit being made that you type in the box below the main edit window) when you're removing data or with pretty much any other edit. This is very important when you're editing anonymously - deletion of content without a summary by an IP address raises all sorts of red flags.
- I echo Tobes in inviting you to register an account; it's easy and you don't have to cough up any personal informantion. We could use more people editing ERP articles in a more even-handed way - especially this particular neglected article! Thanks for jumping in. Kuru talk 14:02, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
