SERIOUS WARNING--

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism, and if you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the hard work of others. Thanks.

Thanks for your note As I recall, I placed this warning for a pretty nasty attack article someone created form this IP. ( That's about the only reason my initial warning would be a test 3. The thing was deleted and no longer appears in your contribs.)

The problem with IP accounts is you might share the IP with someone else and your IP changes from time to time. They do something unconnected with you and you see the warning. (I recently was automatically blocked because my IP changed to one of an indefinitely banned user.) The best way to avoid the confusion and consternation though, is to create a user id. It brings benefits above that of anonymous editing and you don't see warnings meant for others. Cheers and happy editing. :) Dlohcierekim 13:45, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you

I was hoping it was some sort of mistake. I will take your advice and create an account, and hopefully avoid further confusion. And may I say what a credit it is to Wikipedia to have such an efficient and courteous administrator. Your speedy response is much appreciated. Thank you very much for your help.

Thanks, happy to help, but I'm not an admin. Cheers. :) Dlohcierekim 14:12, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
