[edit] An Automated Message from HagermanBot
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 12:30, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Editing talk page comments
I draw your attention to Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. There is says clearly In general, editing others' comments is not allowed. You have just edited a comment of mine, on Talk:Exterior algebra, in a way that is highly misleading. This kind of thing is not permitted, ever.
I think I should give you a clear warning on this. Such behaviour reflects badly on your standing as an editor here.

- Since you have repeated the editing of my comment, I have blocked you for 24 hours. Charles Matthews 08:59, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
Dear Charles, did you realize that I deleted all the parts in my comment which refer to Silly Rabbit personally? I did that (1) after your first message, and it probably was not sufficient, and (2) I did that again, more extensively, today.
I thought there was left no explanation anymore about the reason of your comment: (b) please do not personalize. Thus, honestly, I cannot see why you write that my second editing is higly misleading!
However, I agree that I shouldn't have modified your comment, because I didn't know exactly whether you were totally satisfied or not with my "impersonalization" of my text, although I did it with care. I just immodestly assumed that I managed to perfectly "impersonalize" my text according to your request. For that, I apologize. --85.20.234.61 09:23, 11 May 2007 (UTC) Paolo dL
- It is no good arguing against the policy. Either you learn to respect policy, or you leave Wikipedia discussions. Further, you have created an account to evade the 24 block. It would have been much more sensible to wait. Charles Matthews 15:31, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
