[edit] Multiple citizenship

Hello eighty-five, I've noticed (and removed) your comment at the multiple citizenship page, if you have something to add to the picture you change it, not change the description of the picture on the page. Either change it yourself or talk to me, but only if you have valid first-hand references. Thank you. I strongly reccommend getting an account too. +Hexagon1 (talk) 13:19, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

I'm sorry but we need a reference, and it's possible that you simply slipped through the cracks, for example the Czech Republic officialy has a no dual citizenship policy but they make expceptions for children (if they gained two or more citizenships at birth) or spouses, Ecuador may be in a similar situation or you may have unwittingly lost the Swiss citizenship and are traveling illegaly on a Swiss passport (possible, though unlikely). Some nations also allow dual citizenship upto age 18 (or 21) when you have to choose. BTW, please sign your posts by putting four tildes '~~~~' afterwards, and I still reccommend an account. Cheers. +Hexagon1 (talk) 15:06, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
I've looked at the Ecuadorian embassy page in DC, USA, and it seems to agree that dual nationality is in most cases possible, although citizens who naturalized are seemingly disadvangaged in this area. So, I'll colour it green then. Cheers, +Hexagon1 (talk) 11:35, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
