[edit] Your recent edits

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 22:36, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

Hi, the recent edit you made to Martin Taylor (footballer born 1979) has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Use the sandbox for testing; if you believe the edit was constructive, ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thanks. Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Fernando Redondo, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Alexf42 10:18, 1 April 2008 (UTC)

In regards to the message above, your addition of words and phrases like "extraordinary", "astonishing agility", "above-average" "playing in another, higher dimension" in the Faustino Asprilla article are clear breaches of Neutral Point of view policy. It is clear that you have the ability and desire to make a good contribution to this project, but if you persist in changing articles to reflect your own personal point of view you will be blocked from editing. Accusing people of Hypocricy isn't going to help if you can't point me to a particular edit of mine stating anything like "greatest ever", "excellent", "brilliant skills" etc. Even though many of the players I write about are in my opinion legendary and excellent, I try to write about them in terms of facts and achievements, not my own point of view. I am not responsible for how other people edit the articles I create afterwards, If I see anyone adding superlatives or speculation I always remove it. This project is meant to be an encyclopaedia, not a sports magazine. English peasant 12:41, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
