Yes this is true. Sama did have Marfan Syndrome when he was a young adolesence, throughout the years he grew up with it. He survived with Marfan Syndrome because from i have heard was that when it is found early you have a longer life expectance, making that Sama had a normal life, people who's Syndrome is not found early have a decade or less to live, making it more nerve racking for them.
