Hi, thanks for the note. I declined the article suggestion because the suggestion itself did not cite any sources that were not commercial in nature. If such sources exist, the article may well be acceptable, and you should list them and resubmit the suggestion at WP:AfC. However, the sources you listed do not seem to me to be very reliable by wikipedia's reliable sources standards. And it is important to give as clear references to the sources as possible (of course, with some print sources, it won't be possible to link to them, but it's still necessary to give enough information to have a full reference. This means publisher, date, author, title, page numbers, etc.). If you can provide this info, feel free to resubmit the suggestion.
