"This problem occurs regularly to innocent people, because of the system of IP addresses here in Bahrain": There is a very simple solution to your problem. Go to Wikipedia:MAIN, and click "Log in / create account" in the upper right corner. In the "Log in" box, click "Create one". Then create an account. It's free, and it takes less than one minute to do it. If you do that and log in each time you edit, you will not receive messages for vandalism that you did not do.
