In extreme cases, an entire network may be blocked to prevent an abusive user from continually changing their IP address in order to evade blocks or abusing multiple accounts. If you are a registered user and are seeing this message, please follow these instructions. Administrators: CheckUsers are privy to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy, and therefore must be consulted before this block can be removed. |
Do not unblock: Per this incident, all requests to lift the block on this IP address should be declined on sight. Please direct all blocked users to email unblock-en-l from an @chello.at email address. The banned vandal Enlighter1 (talk • contribs) is known to operate sockpuppets from this address. -- Netsnipe ► 13:01, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
This user has been requesting unblocks today (of both this IP and of User:ThomasK) on IRC, and when he/she has not encountered any administrators willing to do that, he or she turned abusive. This does not demonstrate the requisite maturity we demand of members of our community. - Mark 09:06, 15 January 2007 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
