yes, the suggestion is simple, KPE is already mentioned in the official recognition section in the last paragraph. There is absolutely no reason to mention it a second time, especially in the paragraph that deals with countries that recognize the events as genocide. This is provocation plain and simple! BTW, the insertion into the countries paragraph came after the first mention in the last paragraph!
