This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.

Request reason: "I have already stated reasons why on both my now non existant user page and also on the discussion page of the user who blocked me. He then blocked me from even writing on my own discussion page, then claimed it was not him. Now even my IP has been blocked from editing anywhere other than here because he knows that I am right and he can not accept it. Apart from the fact that myself and the other user in question edit the same articles there is no evidence and absolutley no proof that I am the same user. Just because two people edit the same artciles on Wikipedia does not mean they are the same person. There are alot of people on Eart. Besides, as already stated our IP addresses are different. Mine is 83.67.100.248 and the other user is 195.137.109.177"

Decline reason: "Sorry for your conspiracy theory, but a third administrator protected your page. ButSeriouslyFolks has nothing to do with the protection. That being said, I'm wondering how you know that User:Mjgm84's IP is 195.137.109.177 — -- lucasbfr talk 19:17, 12 October 2007 (UTC)"

Please make any further unblock requests by using the {{unblock}} template. However, abuse of the template may result in your talk page being protected.

I am writing here because I can not edit my own discussion page but can you tell me exactly how long i will be blocked for ? Thanks. 83.67.100.248 09:00, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
This IP is blocked indefinitely because it was used to avoid a block. -- But|seriously|folks  09:23, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
Well I am obviously not getting anywhere but honestly I am not Mjgm84. However just for peace of mind I need to ask you why you removed some of those images. Starting with the one I uploaded on the Varrich Castle page. I made sure the owner of the picture had read and agreed to the rules of the GNU Free Documentation License. I'm sure I included the details of that in the image summery. I still have the email details for the owner for proof. Why was that image deleted ??? 83.67.100.248 09:36, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
The image was deleted because the image summary merely contained your assertion that the image was used by permission. There was no indication of the extent of the permission, there was no confirmation of the permission and there was no way to verify the permission. You also uploaded an image of Varrich Castle as Mjgm84, by the way. -- But|seriously|folks  18:34, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
I'm sure I included the email address of the owner and by the way I didn't upload a picture as Mjgm84 becuase I am not and have never been that user. That picture was uploaded in exactly the same way under the same agreements as the NeishIslandNew.jpg image which you havn't deleted. I can provide an email address for the Varrich Castle image and you are more than welcome to check to see if I asked permission under the GNU FDL. The same procedure was used for the RoyalistRising.jpg image, the artist of which died over 100 years ago. Two of the images, one of the Fairy Flag and the other of the Dunvegan Cup were taken from a book where the author died over 100 years ago and the publishing company no longer exists. 83.67.100.248 16:33, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
For Image:NeishIslandNew.jpg, you included a copy of the email from the presumed copyright holder. (Ordinarily, that should have been forwarded to the OTRS people, but I let it slide.) It's not up to us to check up on contributions; it's incumbent on the person who uploads them to confirm permissions through the proper channels. I don't think the author of that book died over 100 years ago. -- But|seriously|folks  16:54, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
