This IP address formerly hosted a Tor "exit node" from which Wikimedia projects are accessible and was blocked due to abuse; however, as of 06:15, 7 June 2008 (UTC) this is no longer the case. (confirm) This IP address can most likely be unblocked by an administrator after double-checking that the address no longer exits to Wikimedia projects. Moreover, according to Mr. Jimbo Wales it is OK to use TOR: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Jimbo_Wales&diff=prev&oldid=143559040 : "I am a strong supporter of people using Tor to edit Wikipedia, and I think the current situation is quite unfortunate. There are complications to be sure, but the idea that admins can use Tor, while ordinary users can not, does not strike me as particularly appropriate. Anyone who is a normal trusted editor ought to be able to use Tor if they like... and why not?"
