[edit] Your potentially defamatory edits to Sophie Anderton

Hi, you have repeatedly made inferences that Sophie Anderton is now a full or part time prostitute. You have repeatedly failed to provide the necessary verification under Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons and failed to discuss on Talk:Sophie_Anderton. This is a serious matter, both under the WP ethos and because of the threat of WP:LIBEL. Yes, she has 2 WP compliant documented cases of prostitution, but that does not, in my and other editors opinions, make her a career prostitute. You need to prove your case. BTW editing from an IP account makes communicating difficult. I'm hoping that this is a static IP, otherwise I guess that I'm wasting my time, talking to myself. -- John (Daytona2 · talk) 14:26, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

  • Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. SFC9394 (talk) 13:47, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

[edit] This looks like a static IP

Given the similarity of the edits over the months ie controversial POV & original research, vandalism, defamation. This means that there is a low probability of blocking a genuine editor dynamically assigned to this address. -- John (Daytona2 · talk · contribs) 18:17, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

I've noticed exactly the same edits appearing from 87.102.* address ranges in Keith Allen - [1] so a checkuser might be a good idea -- John (Daytona2 · Talk · Contribs) 23:33, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
