It's not a commercial link. It's a non-profit website with photos of Turkish cities.
- It doesn't matter if it's a photo gallery, you're still using Wikipedia as a vehicle to promote your website. See Wikipedia:Spam#External_link_spamming. You are more than welcome to upload the images, but spamming articles is not allowed. —Khoikhoi 19:00, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
It's not my website. As I said, it's a website about cities of Turkey. It's important that people can look at these pictures after reading this page.
- Then upload the images, don't spam articles. —Khoikhoi 19:04, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
Ok then delete infomarmaris.com too, because that's a commercial website. And tens of links in other Turkish city pages.
- Ok, done. I'll check the other articles later, I have to get some lunch now. Regards. —Khoikhoi 19:08, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
Yeah right. There are enormous bunch of links that are commercial on Turkish citypages, and only a non-profit photo pagelinks are deleted. Wikipedia must delete it all or give permission to add this link too. That I added links to some pages doesn't make it spam. It's, I say it again, a non-profit photo gallery. So please don't be a hypocrit.
There are for example a lot of photo gallery links that aren't deleted. And this site is. Very strange. The main reason why I'm adding this gallery is because it does show 'modern' places of the cities. The daily city life. This is important for people that want to know how the city and the people look like in stead of the stereotype photos of shoe polishers.
- Tell me the pages you want me to go through and I'll delete the commercial links. I'll also add {{cleanup-spam}} to them as well. I don't see what's so hard about uploading the images. Wikipedia is not a platform for you to promote this website. —Khoikhoi 19:58, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
You say "I'll delete the commercial links", so if I understand you corectly, you wont delete the nonprofit links. But you deleted the nonprofit link that I added. So I find it a bit hypocrit I'm sorry. There are even links of some companies and even Armenian links that have nothing to do with Turkey. The only reason that you deleted the links that I added is because you 'thought' it was spam. If I added only 1 link to 1 city, you wouldn't have deleted it. The gallery is made of photos of different cities. So for each city I added a link to that cities photos.
I'll give you the links to these pages with commercial links after a few hours.
Last question: Where can I send an email if I have a complaint to Wikipedia. Thanks.
- As I said before, you can upload the images, no one's stopping you from doing that. As for the last question, I don't know. —Khoikhoi 20:18, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
