- If you honestly believe it is a violation of copyright, see Wikipedia:Contact us/Article problem/Copyright. But DO NOT continue to disrupt the article. ⇒Bayerischermann - 22:57, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
The picture is copyright. It clearly has this printed in the bottom right corner. The copyright holder, Rodger Price Photography, has contacted WIKI but nothing has been done to remove this image. If you examine the metadata you will see that his details are in there. I have been asked by Mr Rodger Price to act on his behalf to remove any copyright images that are used on the web. He has also requested the details of the person responsible for uploading the image to allow him to bill that person for the use of the image. Regards G. Price.
I apologise for the mistake I made. Rest assured it won't happen again. I would have been receptive and talked earlier but due to my work have not had a chance and after reading the originally left comment on my space where you decided to abuse me rather than talk then I feel less inclined to offer my assistance. It was not my intention to theif a copyrighted image and again I do apologise. As for billing me I think that's rather over the top for an honest mistake. Again I apologise and I assure you it was not my intention to steal an image and I shall leave it there for now. Regards A. Dolan
