There is a valid reference which shows that the Rman Catholic Church des indeed have the alrgest number of adherents, please don't keep changing the article to state that they only "claim" that. (I'm no catholic by the way). David Underdown 13:48, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

But the source of that is the Catholic Church... They claim to have so many followers, however way over half of them don't even practice that faith - they were only christened/confirmed as kids. The Catholic Church is the largest Christian Church (if you can name another, I'm open for discussion). However, you are correct in saying that these edits were not vandalism, so I have struck out the warning: diff, diff. Even so, please do not re-add point-of-view edits to articles.
