[edit] WP:3RR
Please do not constantly revert as you did on the Iron Maiden article. This is your warning before you are reported. You cannot use the fact that you may have the LP as a citation. It is not a reliable source. If you require any help on how to use Wikipedia please do not hesitate to contact me. ScarianCall me Pat 16:26, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and are immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you.

[edit] January 2008
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Iron Maiden, you will be blocked from editing. ScarianCall me Pat 11:19, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Iron Maiden, you will be blocked from editing. -- Casmith_789 (talk) 16:28, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edit to Iron Maiden (diff) was reverted by an automated bot. You have been identified as a new user or a logged out editor using a hosting or shared IP address to add email addresses/phone numbers or Imageshack/Photobucket/Flickr or related links to a non-talk page. You can restore any other content by editing the page and re-adding that content. The links can be reviewed and restored by established users. Thank you for contributing! // VoABot II (talk) 07:44, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Reasoning
Because you're removing information without properly citing why. You've been warned about it before. Any edit deemed unconstructive (by consensus) is considered vandalism, to some degree. Please discuss major changes like that on the article's talk page first, please. Thank you. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask me. ScarianCall me Pat 17:00, 16 January 2008 (UTC)

{{unblock|YOU are extremely NON-POLITE. First, you didn't sign yourself. Second, I can't understand how just undoing an edit may be offensive. Third, "the fact that you were using this IP to evade a block more than justify this block" is not a justification for your suddent block, since this think happened (or may have happened, I am not sure) only AFTER it. Fourth, you still failed to try to answer my question and to justify yourself for your personal attack - but I think this is because your IS a personal attack (even if you are right, the speed at which you blocked me let me think of a personal attack). Fifth, how can I stop using this page, since it is the only one which I can edit?}}
- I went ahead and deactivated your third unblock request (you're only allowed two per block). To answer your initial question, we have really cool tools to track persistent vandals— especially those that have been previously blocked. We can see, in real time, what edits they make, as well as go directly to the diffs between them. And, with a click, all of a particular user's vandalism can be undone. So, while it takes any given vandal considerable time to vandalize, it takes us only a second or two to undo it, which might explain your surprise in our speed and relative ease with which we can eliminate vandalism.
- In your case, you made 4 quick reverts, restoring vandalism in doing so. Naturally, every single one of your edits lit up our screen, so it quickly became clear that since you are using a static IP address and the vandalism occurred directly after a release of a block, you had no intention of contributing to the encyclopedia, so I blocked you about a minute later to prevent further vandalism.
- On the upside, once the block expires, you are totally free to take one of two paths: help create or help destroy. Book burning is fine, mind you, but if you choose that path, then I or another admin will be more than happy to block your IP for a month or three (and, depending on our mood, notify your internet provider in the process). On the other hand, if you would like to contribute constructively by helping us to create a better encyclopedia, then we will welcome you with open arms. I'll even drop some yummy cookies on your talk page. Anyway, the choice is yours. Hope you make the right one. Cheers. --slakr\ talk / 08:24, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
