For that matter, I can provide you with a number of examples on coitus, most particularly anal sex, which has a multitude of such images - the need for variety we provided in the FAQ dictated that we do not emphasize one subject only, but make it apparent that numerous different images of varrying "intensity" can be found here.
The only reason there's next to know image of mutilated corpses is the lack of such relevance - we 'don't have' any real photographs of impaled humans, so we don't have any impaled human photos (there is one such photo from "Cannibal Holocaust" - one can easily and should put this up in the relevant article, if he does it correctly). — RaspK FOG (talk) 12:30, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
Indeed, there is a larger list of images that some may find offensive (particularly those of a sexual nature, which are often used in vandalism), at MediaWiki:Bad image list. Dreaded Walrus t c 12:49, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
Oh, and if you really need to see images of mutilation or the like, see [1], which is an image of the foot of a "Diabetic with severe infection and loss of toes - wet gangrene in center". There is another such image on our article on gangrene. Dreaded Walrus t c 12:54, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
