Thank you for laying out my point. Emo is a very broad term, which is used in alot of situations in the rock music genre. Allthough the charicature depicted is of a 'grunge' kid(of Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Melvins type style) it looks almost nothing like an 'emo' branded kid. The typical sterotype is tight clothes and/or guys wearing girls pants, cutting writsts, and always looks somber. That's about it. Like it says in the article, Emo=Emotional.
