Seems like you are missing a difference between FlyWhoosh website and CAA institution.

Sorry, don't understand the question. Can you explain please.

How White Eagle Aviatiation should give a notice for passengers since it did not maintain FlyWhoosh website? According to CAA - where can I find a CAA statement claiming that suspension was made without notice? Currently, only Go Visit says so. Go Visit is a side in conflict, therefore encyclopedia should not highlight their point of view as a fact. Am I wrong? BTW: I am sure that FlyWhoosh story will be riched with very interesting facts soon. Anyway, news would not be revolutionary for all those who know FlyWho story. Stay tuned. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.220.48.42 (talk) 15:47, 11 December 2007 (UTC) The CAA, Highlands and Islands Airports (Dundee Airport) have both told me it was without notice so the source is not Flywhoosh. Naturally the letter that WEA have sent to CAA is not in public domain but I have been told WEA accept responsibility for stopping flights without notice. This does not mean, of course that Flywhoosh are off the hook. They took passengers money and are refusing to return it.
