Please do not add commercial links (or links to your own private websites) to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. See the welcome page to learn more. Thanks. David Johnson [T|C] 14:00, 2 Jan 2005 (UTC)

In response to your message on my talk page, the above is just a standard message so probably isn't totally clear. I understand that the site isn't commercial, but you are adding the links for the purposes of self-promotion, which is not allowed on Wikipedia.
But anyway, welcome to Wikipedia and any other contributions you wish to make will be very welcome. David Johnson [T|C] 15:04, 2 Jan 2005 (UTC)
In response to your recent comments on my talk page: please, please don't take this the wrong way, but your site simply doesn't seem to contain much content or have very active forums. You've got 3 news items and the biggest section of the forum contains 22 threads. Wikipedia is a huge international encyclopedia and if everyone added links to their sites, we'd just end up with a useless web directory.
Of course any other contributions to the articles concerned would be very welcome. David Johnson [T|C] 01:50, 3 Jan 2005 (UTC)
