[edit] Regarding edits to Drake Circus

Certain changes have been made to misleading and wholly inaccurate articles relating to the shops, university, musuem and bars of an area known as Drake Circus. Irrespective of the procedures and practices of Wikipedia this notice to anyone reading it is to re-iterate you cannot act outside the law or jurisdiction of the country in which the material is first published. In essence they may block you or your IP address however that does not preclude you from taking legal action against known editors or administrators of Wikipedia. Neither does it prevent you from using the DMCA procedure from having the offensive material removed from the search indexes.

For example attorneys on behalf of a late musician can still institute legal proceedings for copyright infringement if an infringer who is also an administrator repeatedly re-publishes the copyrighted material or reference to it.

If this is so important, anonymous editor aka Yiwentang, just wait till your block has worn off and then post it in the talk page of the relevant article. (I infer from your deletion of an invitation to appeal your block that you don't want to appeal it.) You may also wish to read this before you continue in the same minatory vein. -- Hoary 15:47, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
