Picka is a Croatian coloquial word for female reproductive organ (visible part of it).

It is same in Serbian and Bosnian. Even more interesting is that he was director of the Austrian Naval Observatory in Pula (in Croatia - at that time under Austrian rule), so he must have known what it means. Stijak 19:24, 20 September 2006 (UTC)
