This software allows users to design frames using only 80/20 Inc. T-slotted profiles and most matching accessories. When a design is finished, a user can then generate a bill of materials of the product used in that design.

80/20 Inc. also has a free profile stress calculator that can be used to figure the stress a given load will place on an 80/20 Inc. T-slotted profile. 80/20 Inc. calls this software Deflection CalculatorX. This calculator will also figure the profiles deflection and column load stress. A measurement converter is also included with the Delfection CalculatorX software.
