The image you tried to add doesn't work because Wikipedia does not enable outside image linking. If you're sure you have clear rights to the image, please consider uploading it to Wikipedia directly, and then if you still can't get the tags right, someone else can help you. As is, I'm going to delete it/move to the talk page, since personal user comments don't belong on the article page of an encyclopedia, but on the talk pages.
