7 Days was a program ran on The Speed Channel that started in February of 2006 that shows the in and out views of the NASCAR world. The program follows around someone related to NASCAR for seven days (a week). The program is aired every week, and is approximately 30 minutes in length. The people that are followed in 7 Days include crew chiefs, drivers, fans, track workers, shop workers, and many other NASCAR related officials.
Some members that have been included in 7 Days include J. J. Yeley, Denny Hamlin, Doug Richard, Buffy Waltrip, Boris Said, Carl Edwards, and Martin Truex Jr.
In 2007, the show was canceled by the Speed Channel, and replaced with Survival of the Fastest
