Hi! I participate in the german Wikipedia in the first place, so if you like to contact me, please do so at de:Benutzer_Diskussion:790.

My primary fields of interest are modern society, especially the history of the 20th century, and engineering, especially information technology, plus all kinds of vehicles.

There's one single thing I do not like about the english WP: the policy to allow entries for every fictional character, for every single Hashabasha Monster from the Super Ultralion Giga Turtle Comic, and Captain Igor "Chainsaw" Bloodlust from the Bonemassacer Ultra XXIII computer game. There are other wikis out there for that stuff, and I think this has nothing to do with building an encyclopedia.

Unfortunately, on en.WP there seems to be a consensus bordering on the contrary; see Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Power_Nine#Power_Nine.
