[edit] Harping on
Hi anon. If no body knows where they were made, why are you insisting on "Irish" harp? Actually, the artist evidence is good and does point to the school of craftsment in Knapdale. You should review the citation I provided. Deacon of Pndapetzim (Talk) 11:43, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
- Hi again Bluegold. Was wondering where you where. Been a long time. There's really no need to fight over this. I'll be happy with "some say ... some argue". Really is the best way of ensuring NPOV independent of whether you or I are in command of the full material. Deacon of Pndapetzim (Talk) 14:10, 9 April 2008 (UTC)
- They're both professional musicians/music enthusiasts (Kinnaird and Sanger). I've not seen that book or article within it; I assume they're using Bannerman or some other proper historian. Bannerman is a Celtic scholar and medievalist of good renown. Does your library have the Scottish Studies journal? You could ask Celtic harper about them ... if that user is not one of them, then he/she will at least be able to provide more details assuming you don't get access to the Sanger/Kinnaird work.
