[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 05:50, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

When you add a reference try to use a template such as the cite web template. The link you added to the article needs to link directly to a web page, which proves the fact you are trying to source. For example if you are trying to source something and you use an article from CNN don't just put "www.CNN.com", put the link to the article itself. The Vandal Warrior (talk) 12:37, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia articles, such as those you made to Attachment therapy, even if your ultimate intention is to fix them. Such edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. OrangeMarlin Talk• Contributions 21:00, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
It was not a test edit! If I did something incorrectly, please tell me about that, but I'm becoming exasperated with the pedants here who don't want people outside the Wikipedia clique making basic edits. I've been accused of vandalism for adding citations to major news articles and had grammatical corrections reverted with accusatory messages to me.
[edit] Hi
The easiest thing to do is get yourself a username and then you won't get mixed up with any other IP number users. What can happen is if a bunch of other people use the same IP for silly edits then the few good ones get short shrift. If you have a user name the IP number becomes irrelevent. (Its also easier to stand your ground and argue your case when you have a name and an identity as people don't remember IP numbers). If you are stuck, and looking for help, come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have. Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
and your question on your user talk page, and someone will show up shortly to answer. You can sign your name on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Heres some useful links for you

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
